Rent conditions

We rent the complete house fully equipped. Not by rooms. Minimum rent: 2 nights. During July and August: 1 week

Weekend timetable

Entrance: Friday from 18:00 h. Leave: Sunday at 19:00 h

Week timetable

Entrance: Saturday from 18:00 h. Leave: next Saturday at 10:00 h

How to book

It is necessary to pay 1/3 of the total cost of the rent with a transfer to an account. The book only will be effective once this payment is done. The rest must be payed by cash at the arrival or by another transfer 5 days before.

Deposit

Weekend rents: 200,00 €

Week rents: 400,00 €

Deposit must be paid on arrival day by bizum. Will be returned 48 after departure if everything is correct and are no damages.

Dogs and pets in general

Dogs (and pets in general), in the presence of the owner or manager of the house, must always be tied up and guarded.

They will not be able to climb on beds or sofas and their owners will take care to collect any excrement they may leave around the house.

You will be charged € 5,00 / dog and night with a maximum of 3 dogs per group.
